How will your items ship?

Items will ship UPS or USPS depending on delivery address.

Items will ship ground. If you need something expedited please call customer service for an expedited freight quote @ 970-430-1516.

Estimated Delivery Times and Costs:

Ground: 5-7 business days, Cost is dependent on shipping address and weight of package.

Food and Treat:

No Returns or Exchanges on any food or treats. All Sales are final.

All Other Products Exchanges:

May be exchanged as long as the product is unused and and new condition with tags in tact. Customer pays shipping.

All Other Product Returns and Refunds:

Products can be returned if they are in new unused condition for store credit only. Customer pays shipping.
